USER CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to use the messaging service to: - Send unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent messages. - Transmit unsolicited commercial spam, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized promotional material. - Impersonate any individual, entity, or business. - Distribute software viruses, malware, or code designed to disrupt system infrastructure. - Violate the WhatsApp Terms of Service or Meta Platform Guidelines. 4. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES & OPT-OUT By initiating contact with a business or providing your phone number, you consent to receive relevant transactional, customer support, and notification messages via WhatsApp and SMS. - You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" directly in the chat, or by contacting customer support. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All software, trademarks, logos, and interface designs associated with Jaipur Tech Chat are the exclusive property of Jaipur Tech Chat and its licensors. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to uptime reliability or message delivery guarantees by third-party telecommunication networks. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaipur Tech Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. 8.
